Returns and Exchanges

We strive for perfection, here at Movo. We truly want you to love your purchase. This said, if you’re not quite happy, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned unused, and in the exact condition as when it was received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original protective bag. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee in both return and exchange circumstances.

For custom decals, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund as it is a custom order. If you purchased a mailbox with a personalized decal, we are happy to refund you for the mailbox portion.

To make a return or exchange, please contact as soon as possible. We will then walk you through the process. Please note, Movo does not provide pre-paid return/exchange shipping labels. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any lost return or exchange parcels. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping service for your return or exchange.

Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility. Returns can only be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to your method of payment. Please note, shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes and tariffs are non-refundable.

If you’re making an exchange, we’re happy to cover the cost to ship the new product back to you. If you’ve received the wrong product, please email so we can make it right, immediately. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated with return and reshipment. 

We carefully inspect each product before shipment for any inconsistencies or faults. If you do happen to receive a product with some sort of damage or fault, please contact with photo documentation so that we can fully address/correct the issue.
