Q: Will stainless steel rust over time?
A: In 97% of living circumstances, no. If you happen to live in an environment next to salt water, this could cause your mailbox to rust. In this case you would need a material that can withstand these conditions (marine grade stainless steel).
Q: What is your warranty?
A: We offer a 3 month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. Our Limited warranty excludes deliberate or accidental damage, and does not extend to misuse, finishes, rust, or improper installation. Q: What type of screws should I use to mount my mailbox?
A: They’re included in your purchase!
Q: Will the vinyl decal eventually peel?
A: No, they should not. We use the highest grade outdoor vinyl decal on the market. It allows for bubble-free application and residue-free removal. If for some reason your decal does lift or peel, please email us at info@movohome.com so that we can replace the decal for you.
